Episode Description
Ep. #15 – The Last Step In Becoming A Full-Time Podcast Producer
You have established an outline for how to create podcasts effectively and know you can guide people through the process, you have established what services you offer and how much they will cost, you know who your ideal client is, and you have started pitching to them and may have even landed a client or two.
Now what?
What is the last step in becoming a professional Podcast Producer?
Simple, get BETTER at what you do. It may sound ridiculously simple, and it is, but that doesn’t mean it is always easy. For the rest of your career, you will be on this step. And nobody is going to be taking it for you any more than they did for the other ones. It is up to you to continue to level up your craft so that you can be the professional you want to be and get paid what you want to get paid.
In this episode, I share some thoughts on how to get better at your job and some action steps that have helped me.
In this episode, we will talk about:
+Knowing your competition
+Improving your process and work quality
+Keeping track of your own growth and progress
If you have made it this far, know that I am proud of you and I’m here if you need to pick my brain.
